Configure experimental job with ANSI output - so it'd be easier to look at

Description

O-S-T uses ANSI colors for easier output. For some reason, some jobs aren't configured with it.

is such an example.

all experimental jobs now use AnsiColor on the tests phase, similar to system tests

After upgrading the AnsiColor plugin, we now have support for pipeline jobs, verified in:

the check-patch isn't using the pipeline plugin, its a normal free type job and it uses the AnsiColor plugin, so its not comparable to the experimental jobs.
