foreman 1.7 incompatible with oVirt 4.0

Description

After upgrading the Engine in PHX to 4.0 ( ) our Foreman can no longer talk to it as it talks to missing endpoints:

There was an error listing VMs: 404 Resource Not Found

Opening this ticket to investigate the options - either upgrade Foreman or decommission it as we're not using it that much any more.

We can't easily upgrade to latest Foreman as we're many many releases behind (1.7 in use while 1.19 is current). It is not used much so the decision was made to slowly phase it down in favor of other provisioning options.

can you please re-check with oVirt 4.2.3 and latest foreman?
