Please create new Gerrit repos

Description

Hi,

please create the following Gerrit repos:

  • ovirt-engine-nodejs

  • ovirt-engine-yarn

  • ovirt-engine-nodejs-modules

so that we can move the corresponding projects out of releng-tools and have
them utilize the standard CI infra.

I've submitted initial patches for all above mentioned repos.

I think we can mark this issue as fixed.

yes, creating repos according to the doc, although it seems to be outdated in some parts as most projects are configured differently (specifically on permissions side)
