Page URL not defined in Piwik stats

Description

More than half of visits to the website are marked as "Page URL not defined" in Piwik.

This is probably caused by a misconfiguration:
https://piwik.org/faq/general/faq_75/

It may be caused by users accessing the website over HTTP and trying to fetch the JS via HTTPS. THis needs to be fixed to ensure we have full stats.

I've disabled the forced HTTP->HTTPS redirect which was causing this so stats from non-HTTPS accesses should now be shown properly.
