Replace U/S jenkins ssh user with a real name

Description

Currently the Jenkins ssh user being used from Jenkins to Gerrit is a UID instead of being a meaningful name like in D/S.

Added a copy of the credentials with a readable ID in production instance and created a patch to change the ID in YAML.

Will +v on staging Jenkins.
