Attach a bare-metal slave to jenkins-staging

Description

We need a bare metal slave to run KubeVirt CI on in staging environment.

This is high-priority because we need to quickly to deliver results to Kubevirt.

ovirt-srv24 attached to jenkins-staging - it is a CentOS 7 box with all updates installed.

As I've said in the team MTG, lets start with CentOS and hope we don't end up requiring Fedora.

Please configure it to only be allocated for jobs with matching labels so it won't be used by any jobs that don't actually need it.

I can move a bare metal fairly quickly, will CentOS7 be OK or we need Fedora?
