Do we need the arch@ovirt.org list?

Description

any idea if this list is used or needed?
I keep getting spam alerts on it, and it doesn't seem to be used by anyone,
So I'm in favor in disabling it for the time being and rejecting option to subscribe if no one objects.

(it's commented-out in /etc/aliases so it's trivial to reenable if we were mistaken)

Let's remove the aliases, I don't think anyone is using this list.

I have no idea about the usefulness of the list, I'm neither a dev or a user .

As for disabling, we can activate emergency moderation to be sure nothing gets in from now on. To avoid receiving crap the best way seem to disable the aliases (then we won't have to moderate SPAM incoming subscriptions).

The description says it's a deprecated list. We need to deactivate it (i.e not let anyone subscribe or post to it). do you have any experience doing this? I've found several solutions, one being 'chmod 000 lists/LISTNAME'

Fixed
