follow up on ovirt-web-ui package location once github is supported

Description

Currently we have no official location for the ovirt-web-ui package.
Barak is working on giving better support for github.
This ticket is to make sure that we remember to follow up on the ovirt-web-ui package once Barak's ticket is resolved and we have a proper solution for the ovirt-web-ui project.

Maintainer isn't interested currently in moving, once there will be a need, adding ovirt-web-ui to STD-CI will be very easy.

not yet. We probably need support for post-merge jobs working first.

can we try adding ovirt-web-ui project as well to the new pipeline flow, assuming the maintainer will agree to use it now?

The current status is that the project maintainer didn't want to run / build inside of oVirt standard CI and the github integration didn't went well.
The project is now officially part of the 4.2 release, and replacing the old user portal, so its essential we'll make another attempt to get him to use the standard CI, and get tested and published properly.

I believe that after the work for improving our std-ci GitHub integration will be finished, we can revisit this and offer the maintainer to join, this time with better support.
