modify cleanup_sleave.sh to skip device mappings and loop devices used by docker

Description

Currently, because we're removing all device mappings that loop devices including ones used by Docker, Docker fails to use any storage capabilities until restarted.
Instead, as a temporary fix, we should skip the removal of the mappings and devices used by Docker.
