Add the "your user to mock group" as a prerequisite in STD-CI docs

Description

Currently, STD-CI documentation points you to a link of mock help. Users might ignore this link as all they are trying to do is to make mock_runner.sh run on their machine.
The command: usermod -a -G mock [User name] should be added to the document.
