Yes, it was me who resent you the invitation.
I think the way JIRA registration works is that you need to signup on the UI and then wait for an administrator to approve your request.
This is to prevent from malicious or spam bots to create a fake account and spam our instance.

So it looks like all work well, so I'll close this ticket, feel free to open a new ticket at any time if you still have issues.

So to be clear, about an hour after I opened this, someone or something reset my password for me, and I was able to log in. I've just tried changing it now from the Profile page, and that works fine, so it appears to be something in the new account creation process.

BTW I seem to be able to see https://ovirt-jira.atlassian.net/browse/OVIRT-1484 now as well, so something has changed in my permissions too, I guess.

I resent you the invite, can you please check if you can login or change your password now?
Even though our instance is hosted, we still have admin rights on it, and that includes user mgmt, so if something isn't working well, we need to check the users subscription settings we have currently.

@Greg Sutcliffe Perhaps try signing up for a new account with the address.

Our Jira instance is hosted by Atlassian, and we don't do any account magic there.
