Load the right tuned profile on CentOS

Description

There was a story published this weekend explaining that in CentOS, the tuned performance profile that is selected by default is probably not right for servers:

http://jperrin.org/centos/boosting-centos-server-performance/

We need to ensure that we select the right profile for our systems.

We should probably just do this from 'global_setup.sh'

Another option to add to global_setup maybe.

Checked our VMs and they have a different profile:

$ tuned-adm active
Current active profile: virtual-guest

Bare metals do have the "balanced" profile enabled, while oVirt hosts use "virtual-host". So we should probably only change the profile if it's set to "balanced". According to the article, setting /etc/system-release-cpe to contain the word "server" should be enough to achieve that. Currently it's equal to "cpe:/o:centos:centos:7" (all of our bare metals are CentOS7)
