Apply fixes for Jenkins Security Advisory 2017-10-11

Description

A new security advisory was published for Jenkins that uncovers several issues:

To close the security gap, the following actions must be taken:

  • update Jenkins core to 2.73.2+

  • update Swarm Plugin to 3.5+

Saw the following warning during startup:
java.io.IOException: Unable to read /var/lib/data/jenkins/jobs/deploy-to_ovirt-master_tested/builds/50/build.xml

Seems to be an old build with a 0 sized build.xml left over from June. Deleted the build directory manually to not have this error in the future.

BlueOcean 1.3 was released that should close OVIRT-1682, so adding it to this patching event
