IPv6 not enabled on FC27 slaves

Description

Hello,

VDSM check-patch tests require IPv6 enabled on the slave which runs them.
It seems that one such slave does not have IPv6 enabled.

I've scanned our slaves restarted several systems that had IPv6 disabled. The patch is also updated so this problem should no longer happen

This is related to testing of - I'll reboot the slave and this should re-enable ipv6. Newer patch versions will not disable it but set accept_ra for lago.
