jira.ovirt.org redirect doesn't work anymore, redirects instead to https://jira.ovirt.org/ovirt.apps/

Description

any idea what could cause this? maybe Atlassian blocked us or IP was changed?

http://jira.ovirt.org redirection to https://ovirt-jira.atlassian.net was working, but the https redirect rule was erroneously excluding https which made a broader rule to apply some default redirection.
