rebuild ovirt-storage01

ovirt-storage01 has been shut down. RAID needs to be reconfigured and we can rebuild it as CentOS7

LUNs provisioned and added to PHX oVirt Engine. Moved some disks around to confirm everything is working as expected. Closing the ticket and will open a new one to update the docs.

System moved to Infra VLAN and rebuilt as CentOS7 with RAID configuration as noted above.

Will provision two iSCSI volumes for now and we can keep the 2.7TB one for future use
