ovirt-master in project vdsm failing on migrate vm test

Description

we have a failure in migrate vm for project vdsm

full logs can be found here:

reported patch and root cause patch do not seem related to the failure.

the patch that is root cause may actually be the cause because its part of the change.
but it can also be the api patch.
I added a comment in the mail I sent to dev but forgot to update the ticket
