modify cneck and notification intervals on Nagios

Description

Currently we seem to get emails from Nagios too often if the problem is still not fixed. At the same time, time check intervals can be improved.

Current settings are:

host:
check_interval = 5 minutes
notification_interval = 120 minutes

service:
check_interval = 10 minutes
notification_interval = 60 minutes

I will change this to check every 2 minutes and send repeated alerts every 6 hours instead
