Hi,

Yes, that is correct. It looks like any member of the group can add other members; I've added Steve, and also Petr Kovar (now our docs program manager), and removed Billy, Byron, Lucy, and Megan (who all no longer work here).

this group is a documentation group and you are not listed as a maintainer on the documentation group.

We need permissions from one of the current maintainers to add a new maintainer.
