containerize more bare metals

Description

The build queue on the Jenkins is growing and we still have two larger bare metals under-utilized as they run just a single Lago instance at a time: ovirt-srv07 and ovirt-srv08

I've offlined them so that they can be containerized and run up to 7 CI suites at the same time, same as we have on ovirt-srv04-06 at the moment.

we moved into running inside OPenShift, not relevant anymore

can we close this now that we moved to use the BM as OpenShift nodes?

ovirt-srv08 containerized as well so all we have to do at this point is to verify the containers work and change the tag on them

other issues noted when troubleshooting stdci containers:

  • when trying to re-deploy existing containers the script tries to stop them while running

  • after stopping manually the script no longer proposes removal and fails due to duplicate names

  • keys need to be provided in reverse order for some reason

Other than that I was able to deploy the 7 containers on ovirt-srv07 and mark them with a temporary tag:
https://jenkins.ovirt.org/label/do-not-use/

can we verify if everything works properly before putting them into production?

Rebuilding ovirt-srv07 and ovirt-srv08 with LVM to be able to allocate more space to the rootfs.

Fixed
