So the fix was already done: https://github.com/OSAS/rh-events/pull/396
I kept searching for a bug in Middleman or the YAML library for all was already fine. For some reason the events submodule was not tracking master but I don't know why. We have explicit git rules to ensure we are at the right commit and it worked so far. So I'm not sure what happened but it works now.
I'll check if we can dump more debug around the submodule commands so I can find the source of the problem if it ever occurs again.

@Sandro Bonazzola, for information, the CI on github is not used to publish, only to validate the PRs. If you want to see if there's errors, you can look at https://www.ovirt.org/build_log.txt

There is a problem caused by an event data file (data/eve
nts/2019/pcp.conf.yaml). As it is on another repository it cannot be caught by the CI if the breaking event change is done later on.
I'm looking into it.

looks like 4.2.8 release notes are not being published on
https://ovirt.org/release/4.2.8 ; tried to re-trigger travis jobs but
didn't help. Can you please check what's going on?
