Whitlisting users for CI on GitHub does not work

Description

I've tried multiple times to whitelist multiple different people in CI integration with GitHub by using the `ci add to whitelist` but it does not seem to work. IIRC it runs the tests but does not whitelist the PR originator.

By the way there's a typo in Infra documentation in the command – the word whitelist is misspelled.

Well, I just checked in this PR:

https://github.com/oVirt/v2v-conversion-host/pull/70

And I can see the user was added to the whilelist on the Jenkins side.

This thing about this whitelist is that its quite temporary, and get deleted every time the job configuration in Jenkins is updated.

The best solution long-term is to add people to the oVirt org in GitHub.

In that case, could you please add at least:

nertpinx – Martin Kletzander

fdupont-redhat – Fabien Dupont

Allright, I sent them invites to the org
