Consider Jenkins slaves with larger disks for appliance builds

Description

Hey,

the appliance job:
http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-appliance_engine-3.5_master_merged

The builds failed a couple of times, because the build temporarily needs a big amount of free space on disk (depeneding on how large the defined disk image is).

This disk space is only used during build, after the build has finished, the image get#s compressed and requires much less space again.

To solve this we should consider to have a builder (f20+, el7+) with a large disk which can be used for appliance building.

Currently I work around this by reducing the rootfs size to the bare minimum of 3gb, which is suboptimal, because users need to increase teh size manually again if they plan to use the appliance.
