06.2020 infra services update window

Description

Some of our systems are pending upgrades and reboots to apply newer kernels. CI has to be paused in order for this to happen so an outage window has to be scheduled.

Some of the systems are:

  • gerrit.ovirt.org

  • resources.ovirt.org

I’ve already upgraded some systems that don’t require a complete shutdown, such as:

  • mirrors.phx

  • proxy.phx

  • templates

Some other systems that can be upgraded without an outage window:

  • foreman

  • stats

  • workers attached to Jenkins

  • OpenShift nodes (about half upgraded already)

  • lago BMs
