host mirrorlist on IPv6

Description

Currently, all oVirt users will get a similar URL to fetch the mirrorlist from ovirt-release:
https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/mirrorlist-ovirt-4.4-el8

This server is ipv4-only so users on IPv6 can't get a list of mirrors which makes oVirt non-installable in such environments without specifying a mirror manually.

Opening a ticket to move this service to a dedicated URL like mirrorlist.ovirt.org and host it on an IPv6-enabled service, maybe at OSAS.

Once that is done we can change the URL shipped with ovirt-release to enable installation on IPv6-only setups.

Just checked the zone and we don’t have an AAAA record for www - let’s add that and I’ll make mirrorlist a CNAME

You’re right, I forgot to add IPv6 to www (and mail), so I fixed that and added the alias. I’ll do the apache config tomorrow.

I added the vhost with the reverse proxy. I removed the dash since there’s no dashes in the current mirrorlist files. Here is the PR: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/111244

Thanks Marc for handling DNS and preparing the patch. Once we merge it let’s add it to monitoring for a few weeks and then I can send a patch to ovirt-release to change the mirrorlist URL for our users.
