technically is way harder renaming in gerrit than just creating a new repo, if the history of gerrit patches is not relevant, creating a new one is way easier (the git history is still kept, just the gerrit patches history).

Rename or new repo are not important, if we can import the old repo
contents automatically.

Also the ovirt-image-proxy was merge into ovirt-imageio since both
projects share the same infrastructure.

I'm not sure its possible to rename, we might need to create a new git repo.
