Puppetize/Document PHX Hypervisors

Description

We have some non-standard configuration on the PHX hypervisors, including specific network conf for bond/LCAP.

We need to ensure this configuration is documented or if possible puppetized.

Yes, this document should be sufficient: we rebuild using foreman and add to the PHX engine after that.

Correct. All hosts were deployed via Foreman and have puppet agents installed. Software is managed from the Engine as VMs need to be evacuated before applying any changes.

I should update documentation on what has to be set up as for example network configs are outdated on ReadTheDocs
