automate backups for foreman.ovirt.org

Description

We need to enable regular backups to foreman.ovirt.org via jenkins job.
the backups should be to backup.phx.ovirt.org like jenkins & gerrit.

Since a manual backup was done and foreman isn't considered a critical service anymore, reducing priority for now.

worth puppetizing only the new foreman we'll install in PHX, but we need to make sure we have at least one backup of existing formean which runs on alterway

This is still not puppetized, for the reboot I made a manual dump of valuable directories on the proxy.

was the backup done as one time or did you add a puppet class for backup as other services?

Starting work on this as I need to reboot the Foreman proxy in PHX which has an uptime of almost 2 years. Better be on the safe side and back it up before this reboot.

For the proxy, files involved are:
/etc/foreman-proxy/
/etc/named*
/etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf
/var/lib/tftpboot/*
/var/lib/dhcpd/*

For the Master we'd also need to back up the DB
