add ppc64le arch builds for oVirt projects

Description

now that we have a ppc64le slaves in jenkins we can start building pkg for it and deploy it to resources.ovirt.org.

this ticket will track all pkg progress:

  1. qemu-kvm - currently pending gluster builds for ppc64le, ETA - next week

  2. vdsm

  3. ioprocess

anything else that is not noarch which we need to build?

We have working VDSM ppc64le builds for master.
If any more issues will rise new ticket with specifics will be opened.

VDSM EL7 PPC64LE is now built using the new patches:

So the fix is pending merge from VDSM maintainers:

Looking at the vdsm.spec:

  • mom should be noarch

  • python-cpopen, but should be there already I guess

  • python-pthreading should be noarch

  • ovirt-vmconsole is noarch

So everything else should be ok
