Ack from my end.
We need this package to server as an external network provider for OVN
(https://github.com/openvswitch/ovs/tree/master/ovn ) that is slated for
ovirt-4.1.
Regards,
Dan.

Thank you, Barrak.
I don't know if it has ever worked, but currently I get
$ git clone git://gerrit.ovirt.org/ovirt-provider-ovn.git
Cloning into 'ovirt-provider-ovn'...
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
could you (or someone) look into it?

Please open a new Jira ticket (just mail with a new subject to
infra-support@ovirt.org)
In the meantime you can use the git+ssh url.
