We merged the open guest agent patches which should address this issue.

It uses packages from our snapshot repos, including the
ovirt-guest-agent-windows one, which is built from ovirt-guest-agent on
jenkins on fedora (using wine and related stuff).

By this time f24, f25, el6 and el7 I fixed the el7 builds here: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/67980/

I don't follow what are the action items here.
can you reply which distros this job should build?
you mentioned WGT, is that the same job or another job?
