upgrade jenkins.ovirt.org to latest LTS version

Description

jenkins.ovirt.org is currently running version 1.651.3 which is the last 1.x LTS version.
There have been several LTS releases of the 2.x line since, so our instance has to be upgraded as well:

Are we missing functionality from pipeline plugin versions we have? I think this was the initial point of pinning plugins - only update them when we need something, not at every release. If upgrading brings benefits, let's open a separate ticket. Closing this one as the core update was completed successfully.

No issues, but looking at the updates page for plugins, there are many 'pipeline' plugins that needs an upgrade, so maybe worth waiting a few days to see all is well and then schedule another upgrade to have latest plugin versions, at least the one we use.

Update applied. The downtime was ~20 minutes due to the RPM install doing a "chown" of the whole data directory. This is a known issue and was there before, maybe now it takes longer as we store more history:

In any case, please report issues if any, otherwise let's close this.
