mirror ovirt-engine-dashboard gerrit repo to github

Opening a ticket. Looks like we're missing backup on github for
ovirt-dashboard.

What do we need to do in order to get the ovirt-engine-dashboard gerrit
repo [1] mirrored/exported out to oVirt's github [2] in the same way
