Code Review - Error invalid author

Description

While editing a commit message or a file from gerrit I get:
Code Review - Error invalid author
when I save and publish the change.
Can you please fix it?

Hi,

The forge author + forge commiter permissions were set only for project
owners, that's because it allows users to push not signed-off-by patches.
Fixed in https://gerrit.ovirt.org/65427 patch.
