I'm checking why the default index.html isn't shown, maybe it needs a different style

I've tried to update gh-pages branch and there[1] is still no content, so most probably it's not enabled.

I mean this[1], curretnly there should be 'None' and we would like to have it specified to 'gh-pages'.

because it seems its already enabled and show be published to http://ovirt.github.io/ovirt-engine-sdk/. once gh-pages branch will be updated.
