ovirt-wgt - cannot push from gitlab

Description

need to configure ovirt-wgt project on Gerrit to allow pushing changes merged on GitLab:
https://gitlab.com/spice/spice-nsis/commit/b01753c92c67bb5fc5f7e6e7af61ffc732624c64

When trying git push --force the following error shows up:
! [remote rejected] HEAD -> refs/for/testmerge (you are not allowed to upload merges)

after adding Push permissions and help from Anton we were able to merge. Closing.

was able to push to testmerge branch worked but master still fails with:

pushing to master fails with: ! [remote rejected] HEAD -> refs/for/master (no new changes)

hopefully you can help undestand what's wrong here, probably not permissions related any more.

Added Push Merge Commit right to ovirt-wgt-maintainers group.

Also unset "Require Change-Id in commit message:" as this was not present in some of the commits.
