Sort search results in Jenkins Manual Trigger

Description

When searching for a change in Jenkins Manual Retrigger, the results return in a seemingly random order.
Sorting them by Change Id (or frankly, any logical sorting) would be great, and make this tool easier to use.

[not sure if this can be done with this plugin, but thought I'd ask just in case]

Indeed, mixed tabs - the comment was intended for OVIRT-934.

Re-opened this, however we'll have to wait till this is supported upstream first.

maybe you meant to close a different ticket? this is about Gerrit manual trigger, not sure if its related to OpenShift

Former user March 9, 2017 at 3:54 PM

With current website hosting (OpenShift Online) we cannot get rid of the intermediary redirect server. Closing.

This will be possible only after Gerrit will support the open feature, so we'll monitor this and see which version it will be included.

That's a valid point, we need to find a solution for triggering multiple jobs easily.

I think the best solution is to get this support from Gerrit, looking at open issues, seems like someone already requested it:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/gerrit/issues/detail?id=536&q=search%20sort&colspec=ID%20Type%20Stars%20Milestone%20Status%20Priority%20Owner%20Summary

So we can vote there maybe or add a comment to help get it prioritized and once its out, upgrade Gerrit to the version with this support.
