Remove most of the images from glance.ovirt.org

Description

I'd like to make sure people are not abusing and downloading images from Glance that are not directly related to oVirt. Providing it as a service for download is not our aim.
Currently, it has a lot of different images, multiple versions of them, etc.

Specifically, multiple versions of Ubuntu, and older versions of Atomic, CentOS, Fedora should be removed.

Glance was migrated for Phoenix and is used by both CI and infra to set up VMs from images. We are not currently not limited in bandwidth so no need to remove images. Closing this for now.

We are planning to migrate glance soon from Amazon to PHX, so any abuse or excessive downloads won't incur costs due to network bandwidth.
We will also examine the current download logs to see if there is an abuse that might be translated into additional costs due to the network usage.
Tracking it in #OVIRT-1123.

I think it'll be beneficial to ask on users lists if anyone is using it or aware of the current images that are available.

A big -1 for this idea.

  1. Downloading from it not via oVirt is kinda hard ATM, so its not likely that its being abused.

  2. I think its important to keep multiple image versions around so ovirt users can reliably build automation around them without suffering constant breakage.

  3. Having the "Open Virtualization" project fill in the blank for a consistent a place to get RH family (and other) images from, that are not tied to a specific cloud, is a good goal IMO.

Won't Do
