Jenkins job is blocked while marked as completed

Description

The problematic run:
http://jenkins.ovirt.org/view/experimental%20jobs/job/deploy-to-ovirt_experimental_master/13184/
Was blocked for around 3 hours. The jobs was marked as successful but running on node.

+ rm -f /home/deploy-ovirt-experimental/experimental_repo.lock
[ssh-agent] Stopped.
Started calculate disk usage of build

killed the job from the executors view around 3:50 PM UTC and it unblocked the queue.
May be minor issue/bug.

please try to reproduce it once you have time, if its doesn't reproduce, close it.

It's right link. That's the problem because job "thinks" it's done (that's why you can see 27 mins there) but executor was blocked by the job. Just check starting time of next run(s)

The job in the description ran for total of 27 min.
Maybe its the wrong link?

something is wrong with the locking if it needs to wait for 3 hours...
