gather analytics data from oVirt website

Description

Piwik was set up to replace the old stats server. Now related JS needs to be added to the website so that analytics data is sent to Piwik

Is it now getting logs on a regular basis from the site?
How can we check how many visitors are there per page on the site?

Created PR (https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-site/pull/929). It is in production now and data is beginning to come. Checking the results before closing.

I can't find the admin creds in the magic file. There's a reference about stats.ovirt.org (not phx one), which does not work so I guess it's old stuff.
