outage in all fc27 slaves

Description

Hi,

During the weekend all fc27 slaves were not configured properly (some basic packages such as git were missing).
This caused some noise on our CQ jobs.

Currently, I've set all fc27 slaves offline until we'll fix them.

were you able to confirm we're actually using fc27 slaves in production ATM? remember *-fc27 jobs do not mean fc27 slaves...

I think we can close this ticket as I haven't seen any special issues with fc27 slaves recently.

I've re-built all fc27 systems using the updated cloud-config so everything needed by global_setup should be in. could you please confirm if fc27 systems on jenkins are working as expected? If yes we can close this and roll out fc28 ones in a similar fashion, replacing older fedoras.
