Manual building UI

Description

Hi,

We need the interface to be able to do manual builds from specific refs
(i.e. tag/hash) for the projects.

I think Lev is referring to post-merge building for release.

Why not use the 'ci please build' feature from the relevant patch
(sha1/hash) you want to build from?
It will produce RPMs automatically from the 'build-on-demand' jobs.
