As an ovirt developer i want to know that failures in OST can be narrowed down to a single change regardless of the source this change came from.

Acceptance Criteria

1. All change sources that can affect OST outcome are monitored and can be isolated by CQ including:

   1. Patches to oVirt packages

   2. Patches to OST

   3. Changes to Lago

   4. Changes to platform (non-oVirt) packages

   5. Changes to the CI infrastructure
