no, probably just need to erase mock cache on the hosts where this is happening to get a new one created with docker installed.

so inndeed looks like the same issue.
I thing that generally 008_basic_ui_sanity.start_grid cannot fail on anything else since all it does is start the Selenium containers.
Anyway I think enough time have passed so that all mock caches that have been built with docker missing should have been replaced by now.

looking at the list wrote this is related to docker not being installed.
Barak , can you confirm this is the case as well?

I don't think the patch causes a regression but I am looking at the logs and checking to see if there was a behavior change which caused the ost test itself to fail.
