Check patch job doesn't run when I push a patch to ovirt-iso-uploader

Hi infra,

I tried pushing a patch to ovirt-iso-uploader,
and the check patch job didn't run on Jenkins,
can you tell me why and how can I run it

We had a Jenkins outage earlier, it must be the cause for this issue.
Jenkins is OK now, and I've retriggered the jobs manually from it.
