This is very likely a user misunderstanding as pointed out in my previous reply. Mailman 3 handles real accounts, which is much more practical, but until you register you have no account and thus no password, even if you had one in the past in Mailman 2 (it could not be migrated to the new system).
As there is no reply I guess the problem is solved and the user forgot to reply. Please reopen if my explanation did not solve your case.

From what I see in the database you do not possess an account yet.
In the past with Mailman 2 a password was associated with each list but now it is a central system and it was not possible to migrate your credentials (short version). So you can either login using your social GitHub/Google/… account directly using the "Sign In" link, or create a local one using the "Sign Up" link. There will be a confirmation email to validate you own this email address.
