please install zanata in our ovirt infra

for now decided to use our own instance, we'll move current translations to it once it's ready

this instance is for oVirt only so only the languages used by us are needed IMHO. As for settings and customizations - can set them up for you.

- Who do I talk if some settings need to be adjusted? I noticed yesterday that only 1 language (English) is defined on the instance while translate.zanata.org has 134. I can manually add exactly the Languages that we currently have translations for, but Iā€™m not sure if thatā€™s the right way to go.

As I understood from the instance is working properly and we can close this ticket.

 

Follow-up ones are:

  1. organize DB backups

  2. move to zanata.ovirt.org FQDN for ease of use and future migration from PHX
