fc19 is EOL, fc20 will be soon, and fc21 will not be supported for 3.6, so better move to centos 7

Thanks , I suggest to finish updating ALL existing VMs/Hypervisors to latest Fedora/CentOS and then close this ticket and moving into a schedule based upgrades every time a security fix is out or new OS is out.
