add gamification to oVirt

Think on options to add gamification options to oVirt and which services can be augmented.

getbadgets is working well, a blog will be posted soon on 2016 stats.
We can consider enabling more integrations in the future.

It seems that the notification plugin throws an ugly exception if the URL is empty, so we need to find a solution for providing a default value.
One option is to use parameter but since the notification plugin comes before the parameters it might not be able to read the parameters.

#TODO - once we get Gerrit plugin installed and enabled, write a blog on ovirt.org on the game and share leaderboard and screenshots.

enabled also integration with Jenkins,
currently testing on vdsm & engine projects.
