Description

oVirt infra is distributed in a few sites, while the majority of services are on the PHX dc,
which is consolidating all the services and get proper hardware/monitoring/backup etc...

We need to finish migrating all servers + services (exluding gerrit that will stay on Amazon)
the PHX DC.

We don't plan any new migration to PHX of existing services, if there will be, we'll track them with a new ticket.
